Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My Auction House. Items incorrectly listed are eligible for a full refund. We must be notified within seven (7) days of pickup regarding any issues warranting returns. All returns must be received within thirty (30) days of the auction close. Buyer's remorse returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within thirty (30) days of auction close.

 

All items must be returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your  original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
